We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecollection Executive to join our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collections in a professional manner. You will be the front line of communication and play a key role in maintaining the company’s cash flow and customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
Remind customers of their payment obligations in a courteous and professional manner.
Negotiate and set up repayment plans according to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of communication and payment commitments.
Follow up on payment promises to ensure collection is completed.
Escalate difficult or non-compliant cases to the senior collections team.
Provide daily/weekly reports on collection activities and outcomes.
Meet or exceed assigned collection targets and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies during collection efforts.
High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus.
Prior experience in telecollections, customer service, or call center is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluency in [local language(s) + English].
Familiarity with collection tools or dialer systems.
Understanding of debt recovery laws and guidelines.
