Price Quotation: Provide accurate quotations for car scrapping based on the customer’s vehicle details, condition, and market standards.
Schedule Appointments: Book appointments for vehicle inspection and collection at customer convenience.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into sales, resolve pending issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Support: Address customer queries and concerns related to car scrapping, paperwork, and other services.
Maintain Records: Update the CRM system with customer details, conversations, appointments, and status of transactions.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, inspection, and legal) to ensure a seamless car scrapping process
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
