We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecalling Executive to join our team for Sanskriti Enterprises in Bhopal at our Jahangirabad location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Finance Department. The role offers ₹5500 - ₹7000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have fresher years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 10th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 27 Days working during the Day shift.
