Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing timely information.

Sales Support: Assist in sales activities by sharing relevant product knowledge, handling objections, and closing sales when applicable.

Follow-up: Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and to maximize sales potential.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
