Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting Trabliss Holidays' travel packages and services.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Provide information on holiday packages, discounts, and offers.

• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in the travel industry).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.

• High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
