Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our range of decorative surfaces and interior materials, and assisting in lead generation and sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to generate sales leads.

• Explain products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.

• Answer customer queries regarding materials, pricing, and availability.

• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
