Key Responsibilities – Team Leader

• Lead and manage the team to achieve performance targets in a professional and efficient manner

• Address team members' concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution

• Maintain accurate records of team members and conduct regular follow-ups as needed

• Provide guidance and accurate information to assist team members in resolving their challenges

• Collaborate with other teams to manage and resolve complex issues

• Ensure the team meets or exceeds performance and quality benchmarks

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to grow into a Team Leader role. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)

• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English

• Previous life insurance experience is preferred

• Ability to effectively address customer queries and complaints

• Capable of escalating complex issues appropriately

• Comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift
