Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Finirio Technologies. As a Team Leader for the Home Loan Process, you will oversee a team of home loan consultants and guide them in managing and executing home loan applications efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, monitoring individual and team performance, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulation

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision & Guidance: Lead, mentor, and

support a team of home loan consultants to meet performance and quality standards.

• Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end

home loan process, including application review, documentation, credit assessment, and loan disbursement.

• Client Support: Ensure consultants provide

accurate information to clients, address inquiries, and facilitate smooth communication throughout the loan application process.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of team members, set targets, and implement improvements to maximize productivity and effectiveness.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all loan

applications adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and quality benchmarks.

• Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and improve processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• 12th or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Expertise in financial consulting and analysis

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving team performance

• Knowledge of Home loans processing
