### Job Role & Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls for student inquiries
✅ Explain course details, fee structure, and admission process
✅ Follow up with potential students & convert leads into admissions
✅ Maintain a database of inquiries and update CRM records
✅ Address student queries & provide excellent customer service
✅ Coordinate with the academic & admission teams for smooth onboarding
### Requirements:
✔️ Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
✔️ Education: Minimum HSC / Graduation preferred
✔️ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✔️ Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is a plus
