Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships through phone-based sales for both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-customer) segments.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote pharmaceutical products.

• Generate leads from India mart and identify new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. (Incentives Applicable)

• Maintain accurate records of all sales calls, follow-ups.

• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, in any or preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle both B2B and B2C client interactions.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

• Language proficiency: ( English, Hindi, etc.)
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business).

• Prior tele sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
  

Compensation:

• Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 + Incentives/Commissions

• Performance-based bonuses

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Mon to Sat
