We are seeking a motivated and professional Tele Sales Caller to join our team for KYK INDIA in Bangalore at our Residency Road location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Health Care Water. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or a tele caller role and should be proficient in English, Hindi and Kannada . You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires min 12th grade education, and the candidate should be willing to work 8 hours during the general shift.
