As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs, tailoring solutions, and following up on leads generated from various marketing campaigns. This position requires a proactive approach to closing sales and maintaining a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will possess a keen ability to navigate objections and demonstrate the value of our offerings to various customer segments. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads and convert them into clients.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and articulate product features, advantages, and benefits over the phone.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to address those needs effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM software.
Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and drive sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving client outreach and engagement.
Requirements
Freshers / Experience persons needed.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent persuasive skills and an aptitude for negotiation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of calls.
Any Graduate with fluent Telugu, Hindi & English.
