Position : Consultant– Hotel & Car Booking

Location : Mumbai

Education :   Any Graduate , Diploma in IATA would be a Plus

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Industry : Travel and Tourism

Salary : CTC – 3.00 to 3.50 lpa

Notice Period : Immediate to 1 month

• Facilitating the Hotel & Car bookings for Domestic sector

• Interacting with vendors on day-to-day basis for the Client requirements

• Will be responsible for providing customer support to clients related to Car and Hotel booking.

• Making professional, accurate, cost arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service

• Liaising with accounts for proper billing execution and payment collection

• Verify the transaction to process the billing.

• Reversal within 2 – 24 hours on Car / Hotel booking.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
