We are seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to manage ticket bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in airline ticketing, travel management, or event ticketing, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Book, issue, and reissue tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport (for airline ticketing).
Process ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds as per company policies.
Ensure accuracy in fare calculations and ticket details.
Assist clients with booking inquiries, travel options, and fare comparisons.
Handle customer grievances related to ticketing and provide prompt resolutions.
Provide information about visa requirements, baggage policies, and travel guidelines.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, or event organizers for seat availability and confirmations.
Maintain daily records of issued tickets and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Promote special travel packages, discounts, and offers.
Upsell travel insurance, hotel bookings, and additional services.
