Ensure accurate and updated customer information to streamline recovery efforts and reduce default risk.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data securely, ensuring compliance with UAE banking regulations and data protection laws.

Collaborate with the collections team to provide verified leads and support debt recovery strategies.

Analyze repayment history and default patterns to determine the best recovery approach.

Engage with legal and compliance teams for escalated cases requiring legal intervention.

Educate customers on repayment obligations and provide guidance on restructuring options when applicable.

Prepare daily reports on verification status, customer responses, and recovery progress.

Monitor defaulters’ financial activities where possible, identifying potential repayment sources.
