🔹 Role: Agent – Customer Support (Experienced)
🔹 Positions Available: 20
🔹 Experience: 1-3 years
🔹 Education: Any degree
🔹 CTC: Up to ₹2 - 3 LPA
🔹 Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔹 Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face
🔹 Work Model: Work from Office (6 days a week, rotational shifts, 24/7, European process)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify customer needs, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions.
✅ Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls with professionalism.
✅ Ensure timely resolutions and maintain follow-ups for a seamless experience.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and complex cases.
✅ Maintain high CSAT and positive NPS by ensuring exceptional customer interactions.
✅ Stay updated with process knowledge and continuously upskill.

Requirements:
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong attention to detail, conflict resolution, and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and internal systems.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
