We are seeking a motivated and professional Inbound Voice Process to join our team for ••ICICI Lombard•• in Hyderabad at our Begumpet location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹13000 take home salary for Freshers and upto ₹18000 take home salary for experience candidate with minimum 6 Months of experience required with minimum Graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in any Hindi and English. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass for Fresher and Graduation for Experience, and the candidate should be willing to work 5 days working during the Day shift.
