Job Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and responsible Delivery Boys to deliver packages, food, or other items to customers promptly and safely. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages/products from/to customers.

• Ensure timely and safe delivery.

• Verify delivery details such as recipient name, address, and order number.

• Collect payments or obtain signatures when required.

• Follow the assigned route and time schedule.

• Handle products with care and ensure they are delivered in good condition.

• Maintain communication with dispatchers, team leaders, or supervisors.

• Follow traffic rules and company safety policies.

• Report any issues, delays, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

• Keep delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good working condition.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Valid driver’s license and a two-wheeler (bike or scooter).

• Knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and carry packages (up to [X] kg/lbs).

• Basic smartphone knowledge (for navigation and order tracking).
