Order Pickup & Delivery – Collect packages from warehouses and deliver them to customers within a specified timeframe. Route Planning – Optimize routes for timely and fuel-efficient deliveries. Package Handling – Ensure safe handling of parcels, avoiding damage. Customer Interaction – Provide good customer service, verify recipient details, and handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments if applicable.Documentation & Reporting – Update delivery status on apps, obtain customer signatures, and report any issues.Vehicle Maintenance – Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike, van, or truck) is in good condition.Returns & Exchanges – Pick up returned or exchanged products as per company policies.
