Position: Food Delivery Boy

Job Overview:
The Food Delivery Boy will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers promptly and in excellent condition. The role requires excellent time management skills, customer service, and ensuring the food is delivered safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders to customers within the specified time frame.

• Ensure food is packed properly and securely for safe delivery.

• Verify the delivery address and payment details.

• Maintain a clean and safe driving environment.

• Handle customer queries or concerns in a polite and professional manner.

• Report any issues or delays to the manager promptly.

• Follow traffic laws and safety protocols at all times.

• Assist with picking up food from restaurants and ensuring the accuracy of orders.

• Maintain a good working relationship with customers and restaurants.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transport (bike/car).

• Good knowledge of the local area and routes.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

• Punctual and responsible.

• Previous experience in delivery or a customer-facing role is a plus.
