Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Food Delivery Boy to deliver food orders from restaurants to customers promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, excellent customer service skills, and a vehicle (bike/scooter).

Responsibilities:

• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants

• Ensure safe and timely delivery to the customer’s location

• Collect payments when required (cash on delivery)

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and restaurant staff

• Follow all traffic rules and company policies

• Handle food items carefully to avoid damage or spillage

• Use mobile apps (like Zomato, Swiggy, or Google Maps) for order tracking and route optimization

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (Two-wheeler)

• Own a bike/scooter (preferred)

• Basic understanding of smartphones and delivery apps

• Good communication and time management skills

• Polite and customer-oriented attitude

• High school diploma (preferred but not mandatory)

• Prior experience in delivery is an advantage
