Job Description
- Maintain good communication with customers
Key Responsibilities
Participant Mobilization:
Recruit 100 native speakers per district based on their mother tongue.
Ensure diversity in participants:
70% Rural and 30% Urban population.
Gender balance: 50% Male and 50% Female.
Age & occupation diversity (e.g., students, blue-collar, white-collar, unemployed).
Recording Supervision:
Assist participants in recording 25 minutes of speech data using the provided Karya App and an additional 18 minutes of roleplay recordings (3 roleplays of 6 minutes each).
Ensure participants complete tasks such as:
Reading prompts (e.g., Wikipedia commands, Alexa commands).
Semi-extempore speech (e.g., Swiggy/Uber prompts).
Product reviews (positive & negative).
Entity-based tasks (e.g., naming cities, states, food, numbers, etc.).
Quality Assurance:
Verify the quality of recordings to meet the following standards:
Silent recording environment.
No background noise.
Mobile phone volume set to 90.
Compliance with participant demographics and task requirements.
