Job Description

Deliver goods or packages from one place to another
Ensure timely delivery and collect payments if needed
Maintain good communication with customers

Pick up food and grocery orders from assigned Swiggy partner locations.
Deliver orders promptly to customers using your vehicle (bike/scooter/cycle).
Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of orders.
Maintain accurate delivery records using the Swiggy Partner app.
Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery-related concerns.
Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
Own a two-wheeler or bicycle with valid registration (if applicable).
Valid driving license and insurance for two-wheelers.
Smartphone with internet access to use the Swiggy Partner app.
Basic understanding of local routes and navigation.
Good communication skills in local language(s).
