Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office and shared workspaces
Greet and assist walk-in clients and guests
Manage facility-related tasks like cleanliness, maintenance, and vendor coordination
Handle admin duties, record-keeping, and billing coordination
Foster a friendly and productive work environment
Digital Marketing Assistance:

Support digital marketing campaigns including WhatsApp, Email & SMS promotions
Assist in coordinating client projects and maintaining marketing dashboards
Learn various marketing tools and gradually contribute to campaign execution
Organize and manage client data, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of services
