We are looking for a Brand Executive to join our marketing team and play a crucial role in the launch of our branded sugar and jaggery products. This role involves consumer interactions, digital and BTL marketing execution, agency coordination, and launch planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BTL activations or digital marketing and be comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consumer Engagement & Insights
• Conduct 5-6 consumer interactions each month and gather insights for refining marketing strategies.
• Respond to consumer complaints/feedback on quality and other parameters.
2. Digital & Social Media Management
• Work closely with the digital agency to create and execute engaging social media content.
• Oversee content calendars, campaign performance, and influencer collaborations.
• Assist in the development of the brand website, ensuring seamless UI/UX and relevant content.
• Ensure periodic updation of the website with relevant scheme updates, blogs, new launches, etc.
3. BTL & Trade Marketing Initiatives
• Plan and arrange for BTL activities such as in-store branding, posters, danglers, banners, and other POS materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and designers to ensure timely and effective production and installations.
• Own up and Support event planning, roadshows, and promotional activities for brand visibility.
4. Launch Support Planning
• Assist in creating a holistic launch support plan covering BTL, Radio, Digital, and Trade Marketing.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts.
• Track campaign effectiveness and provide performance reports.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in BTL activations or digital marketing.
• Strong coordination skills to manage multiple agencies and vendors.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and analytics.
• Experience in handling consumer engagement activities is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and execute marketing plans effectively.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
