Position: Operation Executive
Experience: 3-5 years

Qualification: Must be a Graduate

Role and responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the hotel’s inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper documentation, and timely replenishment.
Coordinate operational tasks across various departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory movements, both incoming and outgoing, and assist in forecasting future needs.
Assist in managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective inventory purchases without compromising quality.
Provide support in staff training on operational processes and inventory control systems.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline inventory procurement and distribution.
Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to hotel policies and industry standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel operations or a similar role.
Strong background in inventory management and operational workflow.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
