Job Description

Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies
Run ads & measure performance of campaigns
Improve company's social media presence
Identify trends and optimize spends based on insights

Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (FB, IG) & Google Ads for Miss Nails.
• Scale revenue month while maintaining ROAS > 3X.
• Run Performance Max, Shopping Ads, and Retargeting campaigns.
• Test and analyse different creatives, landing pages, and offers.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to generate high-converting ad content.
• Monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ensure efficient budget allocation.

Requirements:
✅ Experience in D2C beauty, cosmetics, or fashion brands.
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
✅ Proven track record of scaling ad budgets. ✅ Knowledge of UGC ads, influencer collaborations, and A/B testing.
Bonus: Experience in running ads with influencer-led UGC creatives
