Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with a strong specialization in paid advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing ad campaigns, optimizing for conversions, and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
2 Perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
3 Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
4 Optimize ad performance through regular adjustments in bidding strategy, targeting, creative, and ad copy.
5 Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure messaging alignment and funnel consistency.
6 Stay updated with the latest ad trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
7 Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
8 Develop strategies for retargeting, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
9 Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of campaigns.

Requirements:
1 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns.
3 Proven success in scaling ad campaigns with measurable business impact.
4 Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and at least one other platform (LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
5 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
6 Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
1 Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) certifications.
2 Experience with landing page creation and CRO tools (e.g., Unbounce, Hotjar).
3 Experience in B2B or e-commerce industries.
