Job Description

Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies
Run ads & measure performance of campaigns
Improve company's social media presence
Identify trends and optimize spends based on insights

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize performance based on market data.
• Manage and improve the company’s website content and performance
• Execute email marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices
________________________________________Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (internships included)
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising
• Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS is a plus
