Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies
Run ads & measure performance of campaigns
Improve company's social media presence
Identify trends and optimize spends based on insights

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

Manage front desk tasks including mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and office supplies inventory.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Handle incoming and outgoing courier services.

Coordinate with internal departments to support day-to-day operations.
