We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our online marketing efforts. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to target audiences and business objectives.
Campaigns: Design, execute, and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
Content: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns for improved visibility and performance.
Analytics: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and drive audience engagement through innovative strategies.
Email Marketing: Create and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Expertise in Google Ads, social media advertising, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, or similar.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot.
Experience in graphic design or video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
