We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, etc.).

Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using data-driven insights and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Lead the creation of marketing calendars, content strategies, and promotional plans.

Drive customer acquisition and retention through creative, targeted campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in campaign execution.

Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

Strong creative writing, content development, and graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, photoshop etc. is a plus).

Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve challenges and deliver measurable results.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Traits:

A passion for experimenting with new ideas and testing creative solutions.
