Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management:
o Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
o Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and content teams to ensure alignment with brand identity.
o Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
2. Community Engagement:
o Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
o Foster a sense of community by interacting with followers, encouraging discussions, and addressing concerns.
o Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
3. Strategy Development:
o Assist in developing and executing social media strategies that align with business goals.
o Research and implement new social media trends, tools, and technologies to improve performance.
o Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
o Generate reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
o Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and third-party platforms.
5. Advertising and Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and audience targeting.
o Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and continuous monitoring.
6. Compliance and Best Practices:
o Ensure all content complies with platform-specific guidelines, copyright laws, and ethical standards.
o Maintain a consistent tone and voice in line with the brand’s identity.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

o Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
