•Key Responsibilities:•
- Develop & execute paid social media campaigns across platforms.
- Identify target audiences and create engaging ad creatives (images, videos, copy).
- Manage ad budgets, optimize spending, and track ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with content creators for brand consistency.
- Engage with audiences and manage social media queries.
- Utilize Facebook Pixel, retargeting, and custom audiences.
- Provide regular reports and insights for optimization.

•Skills Required:•
- Proficiency in social media marketing tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Creativity in ad design & content strategy.
