Operations and Customer Service:
Manage inventory, order processing, and fulfillment.
Address customer inquiries and provide timely support.
Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues.
Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
