Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Social Media Design and Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing social media accounts, and driving brand awareness across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.
Manage daily social media activities, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.
Stay current with trends in social media design, content, and best practices.
Monitor competitor social media activity and provide insights.
Create reports on social media performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proven experience in social media design and management.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
