Job Description

Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies
Run ads & measure performance of campaigns
Improve company's social media presence
Identify trends and optimize spends based on insights

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management, including data entry, data cleaning, and data validation.
• CRM: Input relevant customer information, such as customer Address, contact details, interactions, and preferences, into a customer relationship (CRM) system. Ensure organizing, maintaining, and retrieving relevant customer information in real time.
• Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination of backend operations.
• Quality: Maintain the highest level of accuracy and consistency in backend operations and abide by the SOP
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of backend processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports for the clients and for the Inter Departments by downloading the required information from the CRM
• Compliance: Ensure that all backend operations adhere to relevant industry /client regulations and compliance stan
