Job Description

Install and repair electrical systems and wiring
Read and understand blueprints
Perform general electrical maintenance

-Install and configure control panels and electrical cabinets for elevator systems
-Perform precise panel wiring according to schematics, ensuring proper connections and labeling
-Terminate electrical connections for elevator control systems, including panels, buttons, and indicators
-Test electrical circuits and components to ensure proper functioning and identify malfunctions
-Troubleshoot and repair wiring issues in existing elevator control panels
-Connect power supply to elevator equipment and ensure proper grounding
-Install and configure safety systems, including emergency phones, alarms, and door safety devices
-Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams specific to elevator systems
-Document work performed, including any modifications or repairs to panel wiring
-Maintain inventory of electrical components and tools
-Adhere to all safety regulations, codes, and standards
