Job description

Key responsibilities of a blind assembler:

• Component preparation: Cutting fabric, slats, and other materials to specified sizes according to order specifications.

• Attaching fabric to the headrail and bottom rail.

• Installing lift cords, pull cords, and other operating mechanisms

• Assembling different types of blinds like Venetian, roller, or Roman shades.

• Inspecting each assembled blind for defects, ensuring proper alignment, and functionality (QC)

Required skills and qualifications:

• Ability to identify minor imperfections and ensure consistent quality.

• Understanding of how different components fit together and function.

• Accurate interpretation of blueprints and measurements.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
