Key responsibilities of a blind assembler:
Component preparation: Cutting fabric, slats, and other materials to specified sizes according to order specifications.
Attaching fabric to the headrail and bottom rail.
Installing lift cords, pull cords, and other operating mechanisms
Assembling different types of blinds like Venetian, roller, or Roman shades.
Inspecting each assembled blind for defects, ensuring proper alignment, and functionality (QC)
Required skills and qualifications:
Ability to identify minor imperfections and ensure consistent quality.
Understanding of how different components fit together and function.
Accurate interpretation of blueprints and measurements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
