We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrician to join our team in Goa as an Senior Electrician. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installations, preferably in an Research Centre or similar environment. This is an excellent opportunity to lead projects, ensure safety, and oversee critical electrical operations in a fast-paced and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment at the premises.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring adherence to Centre -safety and operational standards.
Inspect and maintain critical infrastructure, including lighting, wiring, power distribution, and emergency systems.
Read and interpret advanced technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Supervise junior electricians and provide guidance and training as needed.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety protocols, and Centre-specific regulations.
Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
Lead and manage electrical projects, including planning, execution, and quality assurance.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician also must required ITI Certification .
ITI certification or equivalent in Electrical or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and AMC & operational requirements.
Proven ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and handle high-pressure situations.
