Job Description
- Install and repair electrical systems and wiring
- Read and understand blueprints
- Perform general electrical maintenance
We are primarily involved in providing the complete electrical set-up for the interiors of commercial workplaces like offices, showrooms, corporate offices, banks, restaurants, BPOs and hospitals.
❖ We also specialize in the installation of fire alarm systems, security control mechanisms, networking set-ups, sound wiring, video walls, access control & surveillance devices. In addition, we also handle sections of telecommunication work, primarily the wiring of data transfer cables.
❖ Consultancy services are also provided, often for projects where Nityadar might not be involved in the executional stage. This kind of work mostly involves fleshing out and designing the electrical set-up, based on the requirements of the project. It would include the sketching of solutions in lighting, equipment design, wiring, networking and telecommunication for offices or other commercial establishments.

❖ Consultancy is also provided for issues related to the conservation of energy and energy audit.
❖ We are also involved in liaising work with electricity providers like the BEST, Reliance Power, Tata Power and the MSEB. Work at this level involves doing load sanctioning and getting other statutory approvals.
❖ We provide all the raw materials, accessories and other equipment necessary for the projects we work on.
❖ We also undertake work related to the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of L.T Panels with CPRI approval.
❖ Installation and maintenance of transformers and switch gears is also a part of our work domain.
❖ Much of our work involves coordination with the project architect to ensure effective and adept implementation of the electrical frame work designed by the latter.
❖ Every piece of work undertaken by the Nityadar comes automatically under our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
❖ A considerable section of our efforts in every project is also directed at ensuring that adequate safety measures are taken at every level.
