Job Description :-

• Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential Project and C&I Projects.

• Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and Safety Process.

• Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.

• Preparation of Quality observation report in residential Projects and C&I Projects

• On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all Technical aspects of Projects.

• Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection

• Follow-up and updating closure reports.

• Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.

• Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding

• Communicate with O&M and Execution team.

• Regularly inspect equipment.

• RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification 

• Solar Product inspection is Advantage. 

• Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
