Factory Supervisor

Associated Scientific Corporation (india) in Bahadurgarh is looking for a skilled Factory Supervisor to join their team. The tasks will include installing, maintaining the factory for manufacturing of Electrical Motors(AC &DC Motors) and Electrical Panels. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Production Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met.

  • Optimize workflow, resources, and manpower to improve efficiency.

  ✅ Quality Control & Compliance:

  • Ensure all products meet industry standards and company quality guidelines.

  • Conduct regular inspections and resolve quality-related issues.

  • Enforce safety regulations and compliance with industry standards.

  ✅ Workforce Supervision:

  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high productivity.

  • Assign tasks and monitor worker performance.

  • Handle conflict resolution and maintain discipline among workers.

  ✅ Inventory & Equipment Management:

  • Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department.

  • Ensure all machinery and tools are properly maintained.

  • Schedule preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

  ✅ Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of production output, machine efficiency, and worker performance.

  • Provide daily/weekly reports to the management.

  Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, preferably in AC & DC motors or electrical panels.

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Knowledge of motor assembly, electrical panel wiring, and production processes.

    • Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making skills.ts.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with proven experience of 2-6 years as an electrician in industries or commercial electrical systems are fit for the role. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability is a must.
