Job Summary:-

The role’s core functions are:

• On-site installation, troubleshooting and maintenance for LED Videowalls

• Configuring correct formats & resolution of the content to be displayed on the LED wall

• Working on-site within assigned territory or from office, for site visit & maintenance

• Managing team with multiple installation and maintenance of projects.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

• Attending Support Tickets raised by clients

• Working on height with necessary safety gears

• Working at night as per site conditions

• Supporting Installation Team in LED Display Installation

• Supporting Installation/Pre-Sales Team for Demo

• Conducting PMS Activity of LED Display
