Service engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Repair:

  Diagnose and repair malfunctions in industrial burners, including oil, gas, and combination burners, ensuring safe and efficient operation. 

• Maintenance:

  Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of burners to ensure optimal performance and longevity. 

• Technical Support:

  Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to burner operation and maintenance. 

• Safety Compliance:

  Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment. 

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. 

• Training:

  Train and mentor field personnel on burner operation and maintenance. 

• Collaboration:

  Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical needs and provide tailored solutions. 

• Stay Updated:

  Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of industrial burner systems, including operation, maintenance, and repair. 

• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot burner malfunctions. 

• Mechanical Aptitude: Good mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with burner systems. 

• Safety Awareness: Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams. 

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues. 

• Experience: Previous experience in industrial burner service or maintenance is highly desirable. 

• Certifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in burner technology or related fields are a plus.
