Stairlift Installer is responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and repair of stairlift systems in clients' homes, ensuring these mobility aids function safely and effectively. This role combines technical expertise with excellent customer service skills to enhance clients' mobility and independence.​Key Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance: Efficiently install and service stairlifts, wheelchair lifts,and other mobility products, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.​Customer Training: Provide on-site training to clients, ensuring they understand the proper and safe use of their mobility equipmentTechnical Support: Diagnose and repair issues related to accessibility and mobility equipment, offering technical support to clients as needed.Documentation: Complete all installation and service-related documentation accurately, including detailed reports and customer payment recordsTravel Requirements: Travel to clients' homes within the designated service area, managing time effectively to meet scheduling needs.​Qualifications:Experience: At least 2 years of experience in repair or installation, with a background in mechanical or electrical work. Experience working directly with clients, preferably in-home settings,Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesPhysical Requirements: Capability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly and perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting.​Licensing: A valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record.​Personal Attributes: Empathy, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.​
