• 1. Inventory Management:
• o Monitor and manage stock levels for all electrical materials, tools, and equipment required for the RDSS project.
• o Ensure proper stock records are maintained using manual logs or inventory management software.
• o Conduct daily and periodic stock counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• 2. Material Receiving & Inspection:
• o Receive all materials and equipment delivered to the site.
• o Inspect the quality and quantity of materials upon arrival and ensure they meet the project specifications.
• o Log any discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers for replacements or additional shipments.
• 3. Storage & Organization:
• o Ensure proper storage of all materials in a safe, organized, and secure manner.
• o Label and categorize items to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.
• o Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to avoid the use of outdated or expired materials.
• 4. Issuance of Materials:
• o Issue materials to supervisors, site engineers, or contractors as per project requirements.
• o Maintain accurate records of materials issued, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• o Replenish stock levels as needed to prevent any shortage of critical materials.
• 5. Safety & Compliance:
• o Ensure that the store follows all safety regulations, particularly for hazardous materials (if any).
• o Implement proper storage techniques for electrical equipment and tools to prevent accidents.
• o Keep the store clean and organized to avoid any safety hazards.
• 6. Reporting & Documentation:
• o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, highlighting stock movement and any discrepancies.
