Plan and organize events, weddings, get togethers or corporate functions
Book venues and vendors as per requirement
Follow up with staffs and handle end-to-end management

Plan and organize promotional, corporate and social events

Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.

Develop event concepts and proposals in line with client objectives.

Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown

Ensure all legal, health, and safety obligations are met

Supervise staff and delegate responsibilities as necessary

Handle last-minute changes or emergencies efficiently

Provide post-event reports and analysis
