To organize, initiate, develop and execute programmes for Beneficiaries.
Expand and initiate new programmes and projects in line with the vision and mission of the organization and develop Innovative projects
Building good rapport with volunteers, beneficiaries, community, Self-help Groups and other working groups.
Require good knowledge for writing reports and maintaining records.
Connect with NSS students of Different colleges.
Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Ensure that the program adheres to relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Identify and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members
Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring they are productive and efficient.
Assist in developing and implementing program plans, strategies, and activities.
Outline planned actions for the following day or week.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project quality.
Took activities like art, craft, storytelling with street children on special occasions
Conduct Group activities
