Job Description for Event Manager
Location: Gaya
Company: Aryan Event
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful event delivery.
Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
Supervise event setup, on-site operations, and event wrap-up.
Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
Prepare event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality event services.
Troubleshoot and address issues that arise during the event.
Analyze event success and prepare post-event reports for stakeholders.
